If for some reason you are not pleased once you’ve received your item(s) we will take them back for exchange, or for 90 days of store credit equal to the amount returned. You have a 2 weeks limit (14 days, not including shipping times) from the day UPS or USPS claims you received your package(s) to return any item you would like to exchange. No exchange will be accepted after that.
Isabelle Batz LLC wil NOT issue a refund for the shipping fees unless the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx) or us caused undue delay to your order or you receive items other than what you ordered. We will also charge appropiate shipping costs to send new items out to you, based on our standard shipping rates.
ANY GARMENTS BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION!
Do NOT cut off any labels or care instructions before you try the item on and have decided to keep it permanently. Removal of any tags will result in a non-exchangeable item If we receive your garment back and it has obviously been worn, or fouled (do not wash it!), it will be immediately sent back to you and you will be charged for the shipping fees. NO exceptions!
All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site are property of Isabelle Batz LLC. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents from Isabellebatz.com unless authorization is granted by Isabelle Batz LLC
