All of our items are warranted to be free from defects. You should receive your order in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at email@example.com or call (866)758-2992.
Item(s) must be shipped in original condition and wrapping; Isabelle Batz, LLC will not be responsible for shipping and freight costs on returns. Include your purchase receipt and tags must be attached to the item (s); the product is otherwise in condition for resale. Sales on jewelry and accessories are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Swimwear and lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Do NOT cut off any labels or care instructions before you try on the item(s). Removal of any tags will result as a non-refundable/exchangeable item. If we receive your garment back and it has obviously been worn, or fouled (do not wash it!), it will be immediately sent back to you and you will be charged for the shipping fees. NO exceptions!
Please allow up to 8 – 10 business days for returns to be processed from the date we receive your package at our warehouse.
